Brake Caliper Orientation: Why the Bleed Screw Position Matters
A brake caliper can be fitted with the correct parts and still give you a soft pedal if it’s mounted incorrectly. This video explains how caliper orientation affects air removal during brake bleeding, and why the bleed screw needs to sit at the highest point of the caliper.
