  • Most in-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 business days
  • Standard delivery typically takes 4 business days after dispatch, depending on your location
  • Custom-made, special-order, or backordered products may require additional processing time. Where applicable, estimated lead times will be advised on the product page or after your order is placed

International delivery times vary by destination — typically 7–21 business days. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes and any additional fees charged by their country.

 

Shipping Notice

Due to the wide range of automotive performance products we offer, shipping costs may vary between products. Our checkout system calculates the most accurate shipping rate for your order, and you'll always be able to review the shipping charges before completing your purchase.

 

For exceptionally large, heavy, or oversized items, additional freight charges may apply. If required, our team will contact you prior to dispatch to discuss the most suitable shipping option.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier details so you can monitor your delivery.

 

Multiple Items

If your order contains multiple products, they will generally be shipped together once all items are available. If you require part of your order sooner, please contact us and we'll do our best to arrange a split shipment.

 

Delivery Information

Deliveries are made during standard business hours. As most orders require a signature on delivery, we recommend shipping to an address where someone will be available to receive your parcel.

 

If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will leave instructions for arranging redelivery or collection.

 

Going Away?

If you know you won't be home, contact our customer service team after placing your order. We can arrange to hold your order or discuss alternative delivery options where available.
